avi's latest fascination is with the stairs. it doesn't matter if its our house, harshna's parents house, my parents house, if there are stairs in sight, he's attacking them! when he first conquered the climb, he was quite cautious with every movement. his hand firmly in place on the step above him, he slowly lifts one leg and swings it up while pulling himself up. quite impressive for this fearless monkey. so, going up - piece of cake, coming down - not as easy! the descent definitely took a little bit longer to master, but it was only a matter of time. now, if you take your eye off of him for a minute, he is half way up the staircase and just as quickly back down!
